Eduardo has been a property investor since 2003. Property and systematic business is his passion. He really believes in having a strong team behind a business, motivated and trained to serve customers. He is genuinely grateful for the hard work that the Vector Properties Ltd team puts every day to meet the high expectations of our clients. Eduardo is a Member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and has a degree in Electronics. In his spare time, if he is not looking after his four kids, he will be swimming, cycling or running, to get ready for his next Ironman Triathlon.
Alan has been involved in property development since the early 1990’s. During this time he has created many estates that hundreds of families now call home, ranging from small 12 home rural communities to developments of up to 75 homes throughout Scotland. Alan sold every property he ever developed, a strategy that he now sees as flawed. Specialising in the front end of the development process, Alan is the go to expert in site acquisitions and funding strategies for commercial and residential development in Scotland and the rest of the UK.
Roberto has 16 years experience of hands on business ownership and management, having ventured into various Mail Box franchises. Based in Norwich, he has recently taken his passion for business and applied it into learning everything there is about the property market. He has participated in intensive training courses through Progressive Property and always seeks to learn through different mentorships. Roberto is a happy husband and father of two.
James has been working in the Estate and Letting Agency business since 2007, and thanks to his driven and focused, yet very calm approach to the business, has been the trusted Branch Manager for several years. James is also a property investor. His vast experience in the Aberdeen market allows him to have a very precise idea of the rental and/or purchase value of a property in real time. In his spare time, James enjoys wall climbing, going to the gym and quality relaxing time with his daughter
Nicole is our newly appointed Business Development Manager. She completed a BA (Hons) in Communication and Public Relations at Robert Gordon University in 2013. She’s been with the company since 2014, starting as Property Administrator, progressing to Manager and becoming a member of ARLA. She is very systematic and organized when dealing with all manners and always happy to lend a hand to the rest of the team. In her spare time she is interested in talking her dog for walks, running and travelling round the world.
Zaneta is our highly valued Accounts Manager. She completed a BA in Sociology at the University of Szczecin. She has been part of the company since 2010 and developed from Leasing Negotiator, to Manager and ARLA member. She is organised and driven when dealing with all manners related to the Business as well as being a fountain of knowledge and support for her team. In her spare time she is enthusiastically athletic attending regular gym classes and going on long bike rides, as well as turning her hand to all manner of DIY tasks while renovating her new home.
Maxine is one of the negotiators in charge of finding not only the right tenants but also sourcing the right properties. She is extremely good at solving problems, and she is definitely a people s person. Whether in the office or whilst showing a property she ll greet you with a smile. In her spare time, Maxine loves travelling, socialising and spending time with the family don t count the days, make the days count!
Monika joined us in 2008. She climbed up the ranks, taking on a wide variety of roles within the Business including Maintenance Manager. She has decided to accept the challenge of combining motherhood with the role of property administrator working from home. Her vast experience in the industry allows her to give our landlords and tenants a superb service. In her spare time Monika like musicals and wildlife. Yoga and walks helps her to keep her busy life together.
Paulina has an LLB (hons) in Law from Robert Gordon University, she is our office based leasing negotiator making sure our contracts and checklists are correct so all our applicants move into their new properties without a hitch. Paulina continually receives positive feedback reviews, her friendly personality and dedication is regularly recognised and appreciated by our customers. Paulina loves to walk her dog, Boris, and enjoys discovering new places to eat. She and her partner have recently gotten engaged and she's excitedly planning her wedding.
Rachael is the youngest of our team but do not let her age deceive you! She has just started a QA Apprenticeship working towards a diploma in Digital Application, the company has fully supported and encouraged her educational progression. She is extremely motivated and knowledgeable and can help with a range of account queries. Rachael values her friends and family the most and therefore spends most of her free time with them.
Stephanie has started with us in January 2017 and is responsible for making sure our tenancy agreements are renewed on time. Her previous experience in lettings industry makes her confident and competent when dealing with various other tasks and queries. When not working, Stephanie enjoys gardening, baking and forest walks with her dog, Rosie.
Calum is our newest employee. He comes from a background in customer service, with an abundance of skills and experience to offer to his new role as Property Maintenance Administrator. He is quick to learn, having already mastered our software and systems, showing dedication from the start. He spends the majority of his time with his Friends and family, and enjoys watching and supporting his local football team 'The Dons'.
